UNLEASH Paris 2026, Paris

Everyone is doing something with AI. From Paris we bring back a more useful question: at which point of hiring to put it.

“Unleash is where you go to understand what the future of HR will look like, and you come back with 200 LinkedIn contacts, 15 groundbreaking ideas and the certainty that everyone is doing something with AI.”

From 20 to 22 October we were at UNLEASH Paris 2026, in the Startup Area, at the Paris Convention Centre in Porte de Versailles. Francesca Colangelo, Sales & Business Development Manager, Enrico Ariotti, CEO and Co-founder, Giulia Mancuso and Margherita Spangaro, HR Innovation Specialists, were there. Francesca summed up the trip in one sentence, and we used it as the list for unpacking our suitcases.

200 contacts

At the stand we gave demos, spun the prize wheel on the laptop and talked about how hiring is done today. We came back with more questions than we brought, which is why we go: those questions become the work of the coming months.

15 ideas

The program included a question that made us think: “The Jobpocalypse: Is AI Breaking the First Step Into Work?”. If AI does the junior tasks, where do people learn the trade? For those who hire, it means looking for potential in CVs that do not yet have a story.

1 certainty

That everyone is doing something with AI is a given. The risk, for those who run hiring, is ending up with one AI for screening, one for interviews and one for onboarding, that do not talk to each other. Data stays scattered and nobody sees the whole process. At nCore HR, AI works inside the ATS, across the whole hiring process, from attraction to data analysis, on the same information the team sees. Whoever hires can follow every step, understand why a profile was highlighted and keep the final decision for themselves.

From Paris we bring back a practical tip. Before adding a tool, ask yourself at which point of the process it comes in and what data it works with. If the answer is “on its own”, you are adding another piece, not an aid.

What to bring back to the office is not the certainty that everyone uses AI, but the question of where to put it.

Using AI is not enough, what matters is how it enters your processes
