Congreso Factor Humano 2026, Barcelona

On 15 October we took part as a sponsor in the Congreso Factor Humano 2026 in Barcelona, organized by IFAES at La Farga de L'Hospitalet. nCore HR was represented by Enrico Ariotti, CEO and Co-founder, Ana Miron, Margherita Spangaro and Giulia Mancuso, HR Innovation Specialists, and Sara Belluzzo, Marketing Specialist.

The opening session had a title that sums up the day well: "El fin del RR.HH. operativo: cuando la IA libera al director de orquesta", that is, the end of operational HR, when AI frees the conductor. From there AI came back in many panels, from "AI First" to "De People Management a Human Intelligence".
We like the image because it says something precise. A conductor hears every instrument, even the ones they do not play. If part of the work moves to AI and nobody knows how it works, HR stops conducting and merely receives results.

At the stand, between a demo, the prize wheel and a few laughs, passers-by were happy to stop and try their luck. On the counter were our pins, pens and illustrated postcards of Barcelona.

Mid-morning, Ana Miron sat down on the interview set of Factor Humano, in front of the event panel. She talked about the novelty we brought to Barcelona and previewed at the stand. For now it stays between us and those who stopped to see it. Soon we will tell it here too, and you will see why Ana is smiling like that in the photo.
“I really liked the atmosphere of the event, with the energy of the people we met and the enthusiasm for the new collaborations that are starting.”
From Barcelona we bring back a useful question for anyone running hiring. Which parts of operational work could you hand over to AI, and how would you know what it is doing? Those who can answer the second part can delegate the first without losing control of the process.
A good conductor is recognized by how much they listen, not by how many instruments they play.
