We took part in HR Technologies UK 2026, an event dedicated to the future of HR technologies, recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
The event focused on the relationship between people, AI and digital transformation: from agentic HR to an AI-ready workforce, through to new models of employee experience.
As nCore HR, we shared our vision of intelligent, integrated recruiting, focused on the quality of decision-making.
In the Start-Up Zone at HR Technologies UK, we met professionals and companies interested in discovering new solutions for recruiting.
At our stand, we shared how AI can support candidate screening, ranking and selection within a single platform.
We were among the finalists of the Start-Up Showdown, the Innovation Hub competition dedicated to emerging companies in HR & Recruitment Tech.
It was a valuable opportunity to present our vision and connect with the startups bringing new solutions to the HR market.
HR Technologies UK gave us the opportunity to position nCore HR within one of Europe’s most dynamic HR Tech markets. Across the exhibition area, Start-Up Zone and Innovation Hub, we gathered valuable feedback on AI, recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
The experience left us with three key takeaways:
- recruiting needs intuitive tools that reduce complexity and operational time;
- AI is useful when it makes decisions clearer, not when it adds extra steps to the process;
- technology creates value when it improves the experience of recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
