Richmond Human Resources Forum Autumn Edition 2026, Rimini

Three days of meetings with HR directors, where some of the most useful conversations happened off the agenda.

From 6 to 8 October we took part in the autumn edition of the Richmond Human Resources Forum at the Grand Hotel di Rimini. The Forum brings together more than a hundred HR directors and puts them in front of companies in one-to-one meetings. nCore HR was represented by Francesca Colangelo, Sales & Business Development Manager, and Giulia Mancuso, HR Innovation Specialist.

At the tables, Francesca and Giulia showed nCore HR with demos, but above all they listened. Every director who sat down with them described what works in their company, what does not and what they would like to change.

For us, this is the value of being there in person. The directors' stories help us better understand the people who run hiring every day and grow nCore HR starting from real problems.

Some of the best conversations, though, happened in the less formal moments, between one meeting and the next and during the evenings. At those times people talk about work almost without noticing, and with more freedom.

The AI of nCore HR also comes from listening: we build it on the questions that recruiters and hiring managers bring us, so that every suggestion is clear to read and easy to challenge.

From the Forum we bring back an idea that also holds for a recruiter's work: the most useful information often comes from outside the agenda. After an interview, in an informal chat, the hiring manager says things they do not write on the evaluation form. If you make room for those moments and then bring them into the process, where the whole team can see them, you assess candidates with a more complete picture.

“In a world that rushes, the Richmond Forum reminds us of the value of stopping, truly meeting and creating connections that keep generating value after the event.”

Listening closely to the people who run hiring remains the best way to build technology that truly helps them.
