HR Innovation Observatory Conference 2026, Politecnico di Milano
On May 12, we took part in the HR Innovation Observatory Conference 2026 organized by the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, of which nCore HR is a partner.
A day of discussion dedicated to the new scenarios of work, the role of the HR Department and the impact of artificial intelligence on organizational processes.
Through the research data, the Conference opened up a concrete reflection on how to govern change, rather than simply undergo it.
Between AI, social transformations, new skills, and evolving work models, a clear challenge emerges: designing a sustainable, human and conscious future of work.
A valuable opportunity to share perspectives, experiences, and visions on the strategic role of HR.
In the roundtable “Hired by a robot: distant future or present reality?”, Enrico Ariotti shared nCore HR’s vision on AI agents in recruiting: technologies that can automate repetitive tasks, but always require governance, accountability and the human ability to read context and potential.
Between data, AI and new work models, dialogue among professionals remains essential.
AI can accelerate screening, analysis and interactions, but its value depends on how it is integrated into processes. For recruiting, the point is not to delegate every decision to technology, but to use it to improve the quality, speed and consistency of decisions, while keeping people at the center.
Participation in the HR Innovation Observatory Conference confirms our commitment to contributing to the debate on the evolution of recruiting and the conscious use of AI in HR processes.
For nCore HR, innovating means helping companies simplify selection, leverage data, and make faster, more objective, and consistent decisions.
Technology can accelerate processes, but the real value lies in people’s ability to interpret context, potential, and goals.
That is why we believe in an augmented recruiting model, where AI and human skills work together.
The future of work is not something to wait for: it is something to design, with smarter tools and a vision that always keeps people at the center.
