HRC Meeting 2026, Cagliari
From June 12 to 14 we took part as a partner in HRC Meeting 2026, the premium HR executive meeting of the HRC Community, hosted at VOI Tanka Village in Sardinia.
At the event, nCore HR was there with Enrico Ariotti, CEO and Co-founder, and Silvia Corani, Chief Commercial Officer.
Three days built around the theme #FeelBrave – Unleash the courage, with one clear thread running through them: the art of building relationships. In an industry shaped by automation and new technologies, starting again from people and real connections is not a detail: it’s the condition that gives meaning to every tool.
This is exactly where we recognize ourselves. For us, AI integrated into the recruiting flow is not there to replace the work of recruiters and hiring managers, but to free up time and attention for what truly matters: the relationship with people. Technology reduces complexity; it’s people who recognize talent.
An event like this is also a rare chance for direct dialogue with HR directors and decision makers. Listening closely to the challenges, priorities and doubts of those who deal with hiring every day helps us build a platform that stays closer to real processes and to the concrete needs of the market.
Between conversations, sporting moments and the closing White Party, we take home the confirmation of a direction: smarter, more connected and more measurable recruiting only stays that way if it keeps people at its center.
