HR Innovation Practice Observatory 2024–2025

Analysis, trends, and real-world case studies to guide the transformation of Human Resources

For the 2024–2025 academic year, nCore HR participated as a partner in the HR Innovation Practice Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano, a program that brought together HR leaders and companies to explore the sector’s most relevant trends.

Throughout the year, we took part in thematic workshops, contributing to the research and engaging with a community of HR professionals. The program concluded on May 13, 2025, with the Observatory’s annual event — a day dedicated to envisioning the future of HR processes and the impact of AI on recruiting.

Our CEO, Enrico Ariotti, took part in the roundtable “AI Supporting HR Processes” together with Massimo Genova (Alveria) and Christian Pedergnana (TeamSystem), sharing insights on how AI can make HR teams more efficient and enhance the candidate selection experience.

It was also the moment to celebrate an important milestone: our client Webuild received the HR Innovation Award in the category “Digitization of HR Processes.
