International Talent Acquisition Forum
On March 27–28, 2025, in the timeless setting of Villa d’Este, the International Talent Acquisition Forum was held. The event brought together 10 international experts and industry leaders to discuss the future of recruitment and how AI is transforming selection processes: from the use of blind CVs to promote diversity and inclusion, to tools capable of reducing bias and improving the candidate experience.

The participating companies shared concrete case studies, ranging from the use of blind CVs to promote diversity, to the adoption of AI tools for invisible sourcing, automated interview recording, and language analysis. Critical challenges were also addressed — from system integration to data protection — but a clear vision emerged: technology and humanity must evolve together to build better recruiting.
