Forum Sailing Cup 2025, Rome
On June 13–14, 2025, nCore HR set sail at the Forum Sailing Cup, where we took center stage — for the third year in a row — as both participants and official sponsors.
Two days where sporting competition and networking came together, creating the perfect setting to engage with HR Directors and leading companies on the future of human resources.
The opening day, set against the backdrop of the Port of Rome, brought participants together for a hands-on sailing training session, followed by an evening of connection and camaraderie. The next morning, the atmosphere shifted as sails were hoisted for the official regatta — with mixed crews ready to challenge the waves, test their limits, and experience the thrill of true teamwork at sea.
On board the nCore HR boat, our CEO Enrico Ariotti and Sales Manager Francesca Marsico, together with Maurizio Amato (HR Director, Fendi), Cinzia Palmiero (Head of HR Business Partner CTO & CITO, Gruppo TIM), and Damiano Tarantino (Data Management Director, Cerved Group), shared energy, team spirit, and plenty of innovative ideas.
