Secondo i dati <strong>dell&#8217;Osservatorio HR Innovation<\/strong> del <strong>Politecnico<\/strong> di Milano, oggi il <strong>44%<\/strong> dei lavoratori la utilizza, in crescita significativa rispetto all&#8217;anno precedente. Una tendenza confermata a livello globale: come riporta il\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Microsoft Work Trend Index 2025<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0 (ricerca condotta su 31.000 professionisti in 31 paesi) l&#8217;adozione dell&#8217;AI nelle aziende \u00e8 in forte accelerazione.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Eppure, questa diffusione non si traduce automaticamente in trasformazione.
