Ha mejorado la redacci\u00f3n de los anuncios, la s\u00edntesis de las candidaturas y la calidad de las comunicaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy el contexto ha cambiado. Los procesos de selecci\u00f3n son m\u00e1s complejos, m\u00e1s expuestos y m\u00e1s interdependientes. No basta con producir contenidos mejores: es necesario gobernar mejor el flujo operativo.
